Agronomy Sales Manager - Now Hiring

To manage the agronomy sales team in marketing and providing agronomy products and services in a manner that maximizes departmental effectiveness and achieves the cooperative's goals while maintaining the cooperative's integrity.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to the following:
Promotes the sales of agronomy inputs and related products, to farmer patrons, and manages client relationships.
Mentors and coaches the sales team.
Implements sales goals and product forecasts with sales team.
Continually upgrades knowledge on agronomy products and servicesAssists in the MAPS Recommendations, Yield Mapping, and NRCS Nutrient Management Plans.
Give recommendations on seed, fertilizer, and chemical inputs to our patrons for primarily corn and soybeans cropsComputer skills with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, as well as a good agronomic background are desirableJob Requirements:
Licensed and insurable to driveMust have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsementsMust have or be able to obtain a CCA LicenseJob Performance Skills:

Salary:
$58 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
